4b. Is there a permanently staffed education office, or is it only staffed on certain day?

5. Are there any teacher exhibition previews/teachers evenings?

6. Are there teacher information packs, videos, slides, publications? Are they free or cost?

7. Acoustiguide audio tours? Suitable by Key Stage. Cost?

8. Are there museum/gallery guides and talks?

9. Are there workshops?

10. Are there facilities/access for SEN students?

11. Advance group bookings - procedure.

12. Restaurant (students lunchroom); Parking (coach); Shop (children's); Public transport.

13. INSET for teachers - what form does it take - free/cost.

GENERAL - How is the education service/dept. funded? Are the posts permanent with the support of the museum/gallery? Or are you dependent on project funding by eg. London Arts Board, charitable foundations, etc. What are your current developments and future plans?
